Oreston is situated in a suburb of Plymouth in the South West of England about 3 miles from the city centre. We have 315 children aged from 4 to 11 arranged in four teaching teams: A Foundation Unit of 45 children followed by Key Stage 1, Lower Key Stage 2 and Upper Key Stage 2 with 90 children in each. In total there are over 50 staff including 14 Teachers and 15 Teaching Assistants. None of our class sizes exceed 30 and each one has its own Teaching Assistant.
We are generally oversubscribed and invite interested parents to register on a waiting list should spaces not be available if they wish to join us after Foundation.
Listed below are some of the school's key information and statutory documents.
